The walls are insulated! It is so quiet in the house now.

OOPS! We decided to move the kitchen island over a few feet...

at least our contractor is patient with me!

Walls, Roof and Windows

The girls enjoying the sun on our huge 'sitting rock'.

Lots of changes at our place! The roof is finished,

and the windows and exterior doors went in.

The front door isn't installed yet....so here is Luke instead!

No more sliding glass doors...that alone is a reason to celebrate!

The lath is on, and the house is just about ready for plaster on the exterior.

More Roof!

Our neighbor sent us a photo of the house today...we didn't realize they had started on the roof!

We will be out at the house on Sunday to check out the progress. The girl's bathtub is in....and they want to see if it is big enough for long, luxurious, bubble baths.

The crew put the sheeting on the roof and exterior walls this week.

It is really starting to look like a house!

The crew has been busy this week, and the end result is a framed home!

It was so exciting to walk through the house and finally see the layout, room sizes, etc.
